Have you tried copying and pasting the path in Windows Explorer? If you pin a program, it should be in that location. This will list all the environmental variables available. Run a command shell (start/Run, then “cmd”) and type “set”. Your specific issue here seems to be using UserProfile instead of UserName. When I tried using it, I received the error “The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect”.
